When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2016, at around 01:30, the Defendant: (a) took a separate collection place of 3-1 Y apartment units located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, 97-1-ro, and (b) cut off goods, such as air conditioners, external air conditioners, winders, tools box boxes, end-of-life bags, waste poles, end-of-life electronics, etc., managed by the victim tri-gu apartment management office located therein; and (c) loaded goods, such as waste wires, 8-rops, etc. into the taxi.
