The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a small-type taxi B.

1. 그럼에도 피고인은 이를 게을리한 채 운전하다가 중앙선을 침범한 과실로 때마침 창동역 방면에서 방학사거리 방면으로 좌회전하기 위해 신호대기 중이던 피해자 C이 운전하는 D 택시 앞 범퍼부분을 피고인의 차량 앞 범퍼부분으로 들이받아 피해차량에 수리비 약 1,506,906원 상당을 요하는 재물을 손괴하고도 즉시 정차하여 필요한 조치를 하지 아니하고 도주하였고, 계속하여 서울 노원구 중계동에 있는 삿갓봉사거리 부근 도로를 진행함에 있어 전방주시의무를 태만히 한 채 운행한 업무상 과실로 그곳에 주차되어 있던 피해자 E 소유의 F 아반떼 승용차 좌측 뒤 휀다 부분을 피고인의 차량 우측 앞 범퍼부분으로 들이받아 위 아반떼 승용차가 앞으로 밀리면서 그 차 앞 범퍼부분으로 그 앞에 주차되어 있던 피해자 G 소유의 H 코란도 승용차 뒤 범퍼부분을 들이받게 하여 위 아반떼 승용차를 수리비 약 2,106,858원, 위 코란도 승용차를 수리비 약 220,000원 상당이 각 들도록 손괴하고도 즉시 정차하여 피해상황을 확인하는 등 필요한 조치를 하지 아니하고 도주하였다.
