Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who has worked as the head of the team at the F Women's Exclusive Health Club in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E.
1. On February 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:30 on February 20, 2014, the Defendant: (b) located in the F sports room; (c) reported the victim G (the 27-year-old age), who was part of the argue, on the traget, she would be able to maried on the trag; and (d) her hand by her hand, her panty at his/her panty with his/her panty seat; (c) took charge of the back part of the buckbuck and the back part of the her son; and (d) laid down his/her son at the end of his/her son’s hand.
Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
2. On February 23, 2014, around 15:00 on February 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) laid off the victim’s room on a so-called crypt; (b) laid down the victim’s crypt; and (c) laid down the victim’s crypt on the so-called crypt; and (d) laid down the part of the victim’s crypt.
Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
3. At around 17:00 on February 23, 2014, the Defendant: “A male-friendly-gu does not refuse to do so in a sex relationship due to the operation of a breast,” and the Defendant does not refuse to do so. A female-friendly-gu woman-friendly-gu may not perform an operation; “I do not feel any emblance, such as female-child-gu, within the country,” and “I do not have any emblance,” and “I have the chest’s right upper part of the victim’s chest by inserting hand into the aftermath of the victim, and the victim was hicker “I do not have only one woman, but only one woman,” and as the victim added him into the aftermath, the victim was hicker with his chest’s body and the victim was hicker with his chest’s body.
Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
