The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
In light of the records and evidence, the lower court, which upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendant on the ground that there was no proof of crime regarding the facts charged of this case, did not err by misapprehending the logical and empirical rules, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
