When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has served as an English teacher in the Fhigh School located in Chungcheongbuk-gun E, the defendant is a victim G (the family name, the female, the age of 18), the victim H (the age of 19), the victim I (the family name, the female, the age of 19), the victim J (the family name, the female, the age of 19) and the victim J (the age of 19) in the same school.

At around 20:30 on December 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol in the instant school lecture, where the instant school lecture and a series of clubs were carried out; (b) the Defendant kiscing or talking with the student and the victim H while under the influence of alcohol; (c) the Defendant kiscing the victim H to the view of the victim H; (d) the Defendant kiscing the Defendant’s ckis due to his finger, and kiscing the Defendant’s ckis; and (e) the Defendant Hascing the Defendant’s ckis and kis to the victim H; and (e) the victim Hascing the Defendant’s ckis, “Isks without permission of the male-gu written test.”
