Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs share 90 square meters of H factory site G (hereinafter “G”) and 792 square meters (hereinafter “the Plaintiffs’ land”) prior to I, and their ground buildings with 1/2 equity shares, respectively. Defendant C owns 1,525 square meters adjacent to the Plaintiffs’ land, and Defendant D owns 1,525 square meters adjacent to the instant land, and 943 square meters of forest land (hereinafter “the Defendants’ land”).

B. The Plaintiffs operate an industrial company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobile parts in a building on the ground of the Plaintiffs’ land.

C. The plaintiffs' land in this case is a cadastral master map, and in order to contribute to the plaintiffs' land in this case, the defendants' land in this case must be only the defendants' land.
