1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs share 90 square meters of H factory site G (hereinafter “G”) and 792 square meters (hereinafter “the Plaintiffs’ land”) prior to I, and their ground buildings with 1/2 equity shares, respectively. Defendant C owns 1,525 square meters adjacent to the Plaintiffs’ land, and Defendant D owns 1,525 square meters adjacent to the instant land, and 943 square meters of forest land (hereinafter “the Defendants’ land”).

B. The Plaintiffs operate an industrial company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobile parts in a building on the ground of the Plaintiffs’ land.

C. The plaintiffs' land in this case is a cadastral master map, and in order to contribute to the plaintiffs' land in this case, the defendants' land in this case must be only the defendants' land.

On the other hand, among the Defendants’ land in this case, the appraisal of each corresponding part of the purport of the claim (the attached Table 1,21,22,22, and 1, among the land of 1,525 square meters in the ET, the attached Table 1, 21, 22, 22, and 1, connected with each part of 54 square meters in the ship and 943 square meters in the attached Table 1, 2, 22, 23, 3, and 2, the attached appraisal of 54 square meters in the order of priority among the 1,525 square meters in the land of this case and the land of this case had been used as a passage for access to the land of this case from around 201 to about 4 meters in the width of the land of this case.

E. From May 2013, Defendant C installed a boo wall structure of 21.4m in length, which connects each point of attached Table 2(a), (b), (c), and (d) to the ground of the instant dispute from around May 2013, and installed a boo wall structure of 3m in length connecting each point of E (hereinafter “instant structure”) and interfere with the Plaintiffs’ access to the public road through the instant dispute land.
