A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From January 5, 1994 to December 31, 2009, the Defendant operated Myeon-si Wholesale Store E in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-si.

On January 208, the Defendant: (a) had the head of the business headquarters of the Myeon company (ju) in order to purchase amnestys from G in order to purchase them; (b) had purchased without material at prices of 2 to 30,000 won per 2 to 30,000 won per normal purchase price; and (c) had attempted to evade the value tax and comprehensive income tax by receiving the sales proceeds from the account in the name of the Defendant’s wife H and I, etc. by means of receiving the sales proceeds from the account in the name of the Defendant’s wife H and I, etc.

From January 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012, the Defendant reversed relevant books while selling amnestys purchased from the said G to the intermediate transaction partner or transaction partner, and omitted sales by receiving the sales proceeds from the borrowed account, etc., the Defendant evaded the value of value of 77,24,415 won (from January 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012) added to 77,24,415 won; the Defendant evaded the total amount of KRW 1,000 from around 2011 to December 31, 2012 to around 31, 2015; and the Defendant evaded the total amount of KRW 1,10,10,100 in income tax from June 1, 2012 to around 30, 2015; and the Defendant evaded the total amount of KRW 37,500 in addition to the income tax from around 35, 2015; and

From January 5, 1994 to December 31, 2009, the Defendant operated Myeon-si Wholesale Store E in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-si, Seoul-si, from January 5, 1994.

On January 208, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase cotton from G that was the head of the business headquarters of the Myeon company (ju) in the name of the Defendant; (b) purchased without material at prices of 2-30,000 won per 2-30,000 won per normal purchase price; (c) sold in the middle transaction or transactional transactional transaction and collected the price. The Defendant’s account is reversed, and the name of the Defendant’s wife H and I, etc. are transferred to another account in the name of his wife and I.
