1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On June 26, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) from C on June 26, 2017, (i) 1720/150 of the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached list; (ii) 1720 of the real estate listed in paragraph (2) of the attached list; and (iii) 121/269 of the real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the attached list (hereinafter “share in each of the above C”) refers to the instant C share.

A) A total of KRW 100,000,000, and on June 27, 2017, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant shares. (2) On August 17, 2017, the Plaintiff purchased from D the total of KRW 200,000,000 among the real estate listed in attached Table No. 1, and KRW 2189/150, among the real estate listed in attached Table No. 2, KRW 2189/150, among the real estate listed in attached Table No. 2, and KRW 148/269, among the real estate listed in attached Table No. 3, from among the real estate listed in attached Table No. 3, KRW 200,000,000. The registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant shares was completed on August 28, 2017.

3) From August 7, 2017, the Plaintiff shares 132.32/150 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, as well as 132.32/150 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, among the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, (hereinafter referred to as “instant E shares”).

A) A total of KRW 100,000,000, and on September 11, 2017, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant E’s shares. 4) On September 11, 2017, the Plaintiff purchased from F 200,000, 1519.725 shares (hereinafter “instant F’s shares”) out of the real estate listed in attached Table 1, as indicated in attached Table 1, from F, for KRW 1519.725,00, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant F’s shares on September 25, 2017.

5) On September 21, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) from G on September 21, 2017, ① 132/1500 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1; and (b) 132/1500 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 of the instant G shares (hereinafter referred to as “real estate shares in each of the instant G shares”; and (c) “the respective shares of the instant C, D, E, F, and

A total of KRW 200,000,000.
