A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 13:26 of the same day, sent 8:70,000 won to the E bank account (F) designated by the said B at a non-place located in Busan, and (b) around 01:00 on April 10, 202, the Defendant received 1g and 1g of psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, as psychotropic drugs, by means of dactine cams (one penphone; hereinafter referred to as “phiphones”) and 1g of marijuana, at a non-place located in Busan Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased 1g of philophones and 1g of marijuana.

2. On April 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) called H to purchase 1g of phiphones; (b) received KRW 900,00 from H to the Defendant’s account under the Defendant’s friendship I (K) from around 13:08 on the same day; (c) around 14:00 on April 10, 2020, the Defendant left approximately 1g of phiphones inside the male toilet located on the second floor of Busan Dong-gu L, Busan, with approximately KRW 1g of phiphones attached to the studio bomb in Busan.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones.

3. Around 03:00 on April 10, 2020, the Defendant smoked in the same way 10 times in total from that time, from that time, on the 6th floor of NFC, the Defendant’s house located in Busan Y, by subdividing the 1g of marijuana purchased, as described in paragraph (1), into 10 pieces of general tobacco, and then inserting a fire into 10 pieces of tobacco containing approximately 0.1g of marijuana. From that time to April 19, 2020.
