1. Basic facts

A. On November 7, 1967, the Plaintiff established a J Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “J”) and serves as the representative director of the J from the time of its establishment.

L as the plaintiff's friendship, died on September 8, 1989.

F is L as L's wife, and the Defendants are L and F's children, and the F's and F's co-inheritors as L and F's children.

3) In around 1973 and 1975, the number of shareholders and the number of shares held by the register of shareholders pursuant to Plaintiff 450, M 200, S 550, T 100, U 100, V 100, L 2,000, K 1,500, and K 1,500. (4) around 1976 by J’s 1976, the number of shares held by the shareholders and the number of shares held by the register of shareholders pursuant to the register of shareholders is Plaintiff 500, K 1,000, K 1,000, K 1,000, Y Y750, Plaintiff’s friendly Q 750, Plaintiff’s friendly head, and Plaintiff-friendly 500 shares.

5) J issued new shares of 5,000 SJ in 197. Around 1977, the number of shareholders and shares held by Plaintiff 1,000 shares, K 2,00 shares, X 1,50 shares, Q 1,500 shares, Q 1,500 shares, P 1,500 shares, P 1,500 shares, R 1,000 shares, following the increase of the number of shares in 1985 shares.
