1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000 (three million);

2. When the defendant does not pay a fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2015, at around 07:15, the Defendant: (a) discovered a breath’s mobile phone in front of the entrance of the police box located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu; and (b) threatened the captain of the police box affiliated with the police box, who was asked about the loss of a mobile phone where the cell phone was lost by anywhere, and who was asked about the loss of the cell phone, the Defendant used the D’s chest by threatening, “Sephe E through e.,” and bread the Defendant’s chest on a hand.
