Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 18, 2017, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) the mobile phone agent called “C” in the “C” column of the mobile phone entrance application using a verification-type pen without authority; (b) the Defendant stated “D”, “E”, “E”, “E”, and “G” in the subscriber address column in the subscriber address column; and (c) stated “D” and “E” and “H new bank” in the name of the deposit account holder column of the payment method; and (d) written in the applicant column as “D” and “D” and the date of birth; and (d) written in the applicant column as “D” and written in the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the application form for mobile phone purchase in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, submitted one copy of the application form for cell phone subscription in the above-mentioned name D, to a mobile phone agent who was aware of the forgery, and exercised the above investigation document as if it were genuine.
