Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,500,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to install waste-generating facilities (referring to facilities and places that produce livestock excreta in the course of raising livestock, etc.) in excess of a certain scale in violation of the Act on the Management and Use of Livestock Excreta shall report thereon to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu;
