Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a dynasium B.

A person who intends to engage in food service business shall install guest rooms in the center of the main guest room so that the inside of the guest room can be seen as a whole in accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

Nevertheless, at around 22:50 on November 7, 2012, the Defendant violated the facility standards under the Food Sanitation Act by installing four rooms in the middle-gu C-1 story B, Busan, and installing the entrance and the wall so as not to see inside the guest room.
