The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) in light of the various sentencing conditions in this case, the punishment imposed by the court below (the completion of sexual assault treatment programs with three years and six months and eight hours of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

Judgment

Examining the various sentencing conditions in the instant case, the circumstances favorable to the Defendant include the fact that the Defendant was a juvenile at the time of committing the instant crime, the fact that the Defendant was a juvenile at the time of committing the crime, and the fact that the Defendant was growing in an unsound environment.

On the other hand, the crime of this case is committed in collusion with E in order that the defendant can impose a lot of money on F, a female child or juvenile under the age of 15, who is a female child or juvenile of E.

In other words, inducing and soliciting sexual traffic to take place, leading to assault and intimidation, compelling the above F to have sexual traffic committed several times, and acquiring a total of 4 million won from the south of sexual purchase. In light of the motive, circumstance, method, frequency, period, F's age and relationship between the defendant and F, etc., the crime is very poor and the criminal situation is very heavy, and the defendant forced the F to engage in sexual traffic again by assault and intimidation up to two times in order to discontinue sexual traffic, and the victim seems to have caused mental suffering along with considerable fears. Nevertheless, the defendant did not receive a letter from F up to the trial, and the defendant did not receive a letter from F up to the trial. The defendant was sent to the Daegu Family Court on September 30, 2016, which was tried to transfer the sexual traffic to him/her on the same day, which is highly likely to be subject to criticism against the defendant.

As above, all of the sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of this case, such as the defendant's age, sex, criminal conduct and environment, family relation, motive and background of the crime, method and degree of participation in the crime, and circumstances before and after the crime, are favorable or unfavorable to the defendant.
