1. Basic facts

In addition, from January 26, 2015 to September 10, 2015, the Plaintiff paid KRW 8,500,000 for the repair cost of the Plaintiff’s car (the amount calculated by deducting KRW 500,000 for the remaining goods from the total loss disposal cost of KRW 9,00,000), the repair cost of the Defendant freight, KRW 2,49,750 for the Defendant freight, and KRW 1,484,431 for the repair cost of the rocketing car, respectively.

As a result of the relevant criminal case, the police officer assigned to the Triju Police Station who was dispatched to the scene after the accident of this case shall be punished by violating the signal of the driver A of the plaintiff car.
