1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 27, 2007, the Defendant is the Housing Redevelopment Project Association that obtained authorization for establishment from the head of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “head of Seongdong-gu”) on June 27, 2007 for the purpose of implementing housing redevelopment improvement project (hereinafter “instant project”) on the land of 136,310 square meters in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, and the Plaintiffs are the owners of land, etc. within the said rearrangement project zone, and

B. 1) On October 12, 2007, the Defendant obtained approval of the project implementation plan from the head of Seongdong-gu ("the first project implementation plan"), and formulated a management and disposal plan based on the application for parcelling-out, and on May 21, 2009, a public announcement of the management and disposal plan was made by J. J. of Seongdong-gu on May 21, 2009. (2) The Defendant obtained approval of the project implementation plan on November 24, 201 (the second project implementation plan was referred to as "the second project implementation plan"), and from July 13, 2012 to the same year.

8. An application for parcelling-out (an alteration) has been filed by November 7, 2013, and an amendment to a management and disposal plan has been obtained on November 7, 2013;

(3) After that, the Defendant re-revision the project implementation plan on January 23, 2014 (the foregoing project implementation plan is referred to as the "project implementation plan of this case") after obtaining authorization for the change of the project implementation plan (the foregoing project implementation plan of this case).

Receipt of an application for alteration of the form of a management and disposition plan by no later than May, and the general meeting held on July 10, 2014, resolved to formulate a plan for alteration of the management and disposition plan and obtain authorization for alteration from the head of Seongdong-gu on August 28, 2014;

(4) The improvement project cost and the total number of households of multi-family housing (including rental housing) under the above project implementation plan and management and disposal plan are as follows. In addition, the project implementation plan of this case changed the number of households, etc. by housing scale compared to the second project implementation plan of this case. The first project implementation plan of this case (O. 2, 2007) was made on October 2, 2007.
