Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Where any person constructs, expands, or rebuilds a building in a mountainous district for forestry use, he/she shall report it to the competent administrative agency.

1. The Defendant, without filing a report on June 2010, built a building in a size of approximately 9.90 square meters by setting up a pole with a light metal structure in order to use it for sperm on the land B in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, and covering the roof of the board.

2. Around August 2011, the Defendant did not report, and around May 6, 201, the Defendant constructed a building on an area of approximately 22.1 square meters in a size of 22.11 square meters by setting up a light steel frame in order to use it for housing on the side of one unit of the housing building illegally constructed on the site stated in the foregoing paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant, without filing a report on September 2012, constructed a building on the area of approximately 11.89 square meters in a wooden structure by setting up a wooden pole in the wooden structure to use it for a part of a house on the site stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) and covering it with a roof slves.

4. The Defendant, without filing a report on September 2012, constructed a building in the area of approximately 13.3 square meters in a wooden structure by setting up wooden columns in a tent in order to use them for warehouse use on the site stated in the foregoing paragraph (1).
