1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Defendant is a licensed real estate agent who operated a real estate brokerage office under the trade name called “C Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” in Busan Suwon-gu B and 102, and a mutual aid agreement covering liability for damages incurred when the Defendant inflicted property damage on the parties to a transaction by the real estate brokerage act between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant mutual aid agreement”).
(2) The main terms and conditions of the instant mutual aid agreement are as follows.
Article 6 (Compensation for Loss) Mutual Aid Association's liability for compensation shall be set up within the limit of compensation provided for in Article 8 among the liability for damages which a mutual Aid policyholder has caused property damage to a transaction party by intention or negligence in performing real estate brokerage as provided for in the Licensed Real Estate Agent Act, as well as within the limit of compensation provided for in the provisions of Article 8.
Article 8 (Limits and Scope of Liability for Compensation) ① The liability for liability for compensation for mutual aid to the Association shall be the sum of the number of clients who suffered damage or the number of brokerage contracts, or the amount of damages that each client may receive from the Association regardless of the amount of the amount of damages, among the liability for damages of a mutual aid policyholder under Article 30 of the Act, due to all brokerage accidents that occur during the period of mutual aid covered by a mutual aid policyholder under Article 24(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Act, among the liability of a mutual aid policyholder under Article 30 of the Act.

Article 22 (Indemnification and Subrogation) (1) In acting as a broker by a mutual-aid policyholder, the Association shall cause property damage to a party to a transaction.
