The punishment of the accused shall be determined by two years of imprisonment.

For the defendant, 40 hours of sexual assault treatment program.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Acts by compulsion) committed an indecent act by force against the victim’s children and juveniles, on his/her own hand, at C’s house located in the Daegu-gu D building E around 09:10 on January 5, 2018, and at the victim’s house around 09:10 on January 5, 2018.

2. Larceny;

A. On March 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 17:26, the victim’s “HPC room” located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F’s G operation, used the cresh of the victim’s locking place to the inside of the calculation unit; (b) stolen the cash amounting to KRW 100,000,000, located in the credit cooperative.

B. On March 21, 2018, the Defendant stated in the indictment as 21:44 on March 21, 2018, but according to the records, the Defendant appears to be a clerical error in 21:14.

At around 116,00 won in cash owned by the victim, a new bank cream card, a carcar bank cke card, an agricultural cooperative cream card, and a resident registration certificate, the victim's PC bank operated in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, with the victim's PC bank operated in Seoul.

C. At around 03:05 on March 22, 2018, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s seat Nos. 29 “MPC” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L, with cash 9,000 won, Nonghyup Card, Cym Card, Cym Card, Cym Card, Cym Card, and Driver’s License.

On March 22, 2018, around 03:55, the Defendant discovered the victim PP’s Q Ap-pubed car without a corrective device at the first floor parking lot of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Otel, opened a door-to-door driving car and opened it into the vehicle, and stolen the money and valuables worth KRW 402,000, totaling the market price of KRW 402,00,000, such as one hand-to-face 1,500, which was located at the same place.
