A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court, and the execution of the sentence was completed on January 6, 2015 at Seongdong-gu District Court.

1. On June 2, 2015, around 00:01 on June 2, 2015, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol as if the Defendant would pay the victim’s drinking value normally at the point of “E” operated by the victim D in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol and alcohol from the victim.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received from the victim the 65,000 won of the market price of the 65,000 won or more at the same place.

2. On June 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 02:45 on June 2, 2015, at the same time, asked the victim D to change the drinking value at the place specified in the preceding paragraph; and (b) took a bath to the victim’s normal business by avoiding disturbance, such as holding it on the table table at which the victim D was requested to change the drinking value, and making the victim take a look at “six, no money, if any, if any, if any.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main operation for about 20 minutes.

3. On June 5, 2015, around 22:30 on June 5, 2015, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol as if the Defendant would normally pay the alcohol value to the victim at the point of “H” operated by the victim G in the F and the second floor Seoul Jung-gu.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol and alcohol from the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, was provided with 440,000 won at the market price in the same place by the victim.

4. On June 7, 2015, the Defendant’s fraud, around 23:50 on June 7, 2015, stated that the Defendant would normally pay the victim’s drinking value at the point of “K” operated by the Victim J in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
