1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 4,894,510 as well as the interest rate from February 19, 2020 to the day of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment made without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. According to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019), the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, and thus, the part claiming damages for delay seeking payment exceeding 12% per annum is rejected.
