1. The Defendant’s KRW 9,00,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from September 27, 2013 to May 30, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On September 27, 2013, the Plaintiff was getting on and off the B urban bus belonging to Taeman-jin Passenger (hereinafter “Defendant bus”) that is operated as the room of the new intersection (hereinafter “Defendant bus”) at the seat of the new university on September 27, 2013, the Plaintiff attempted to move to the opposite part to the part of the bus, when the bus was stopped at the suburban bus stop in the Taedong-dong Free Apartment Complex, resulting in the frequent seating of passengers by getting off the bus at the bus stop. The Plaintiff came to go beyond the bus floor as the Defendant bus first starts.

C. The Defendant is a mutual aid business entity that entered into a mutual aid agreement with the Taeman Passenger and Defendant Bus.

2. Occurrence of and limitation on liability for damages;
A. In full view of the facts of recognition of the above liability for damages and the overall purport of the arguments in each video of No. 2-1 and No. 2, the operator of the Defendant bus, despite the fact that there was a duty of care to safely drive the bus by accelerating, speeding up, or acceleratinging the bus from the departure or stopping to the point of view, the operator of the Defendant bus is liable to compensate for the damages suffered by the Plaintiff as a mutual aid business operator of the Defendant bus, for the damages incurred by the Plaintiff due to the instant accident, as a mutual aid business operator of the bus, by stopping at the bus stops and leaving most of the bus passengers in the bus at the point of view, and starting from the bus to the point of view that most of the bus passengers in the bus were to move to the front of the bus to the point of view, prior to the safe location of the passengers in the bus.
