1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 280,000,000 with respect to the Plaintiff and Defendant B with respect thereto from October 8, 2014.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendants’ purchase and sale, etc. 1) Defendant B concluded a contract with the Plaintiff and the Defendants. Defendant B is the Frante G store located in the Heung-gu, Young-gu D and 10 E apartment (hereinafter “instant Mart”).
