Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who engages in livestock products wholesale business and sales business under the trade name of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C.

Any person who intends to operate livestock slaughter business and sales business shall be equipped with facilities prescribed by relevant Acts and subordinate statutes and make a business license and report to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not report the business of livestock products slaughter business and sales business, from June 13, 2015 to July 7, 2015, and was equipped with about 15 square meters in a place of business in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, with a cooling house, rink 9 square meters, scoo and scoo scoo, etc., and sold 15,000 won per day to many unspecified persons and sold 120,000 won average daily sales.
