A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business proprietor who operates a massage treatment establishment under the trade name of “E” with 29 studio 29 studio, sabine, surface room, and waiting room on the five-story building in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si. F, a master, upon receiving a certain consideration, is a person who has registered the massage treatment establishment in his/her name and works as a massage in the place of the massage treatment.

On April 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with F to arrange for the sexual traffic in return for the payment of KRW 190,00 from the G, a customer, to an influent female employed as a sexual traffic woman in return for the said G and sexual intercourse; and (b) arrange for the sexual traffic in exchange for the payment of KRW 1,213,071,000 from June 201 to December 2013 to increase the profits of KRW 1,213,071,00 by arranging the sexual traffic; and (c) arrange for the sexual traffic.

2. No credit card merchant which violates the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act shall refuse to make a payment by credit card, or treat credit card holders unfavorably;

Nevertheless, in collusion with F, the Defendant treated the said G unfavorably on the ground that G is a credit card member, such as providing guidance to KRW 180,000 when it makes a settlement in cash in order for G, a customer, at the time and place like paragraph (1) in collusion with F, and providing guidance to KRW 190,000 when it makes a settlement by credit card, and allowing G to settle KRW 190,000 with
