1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 25,00,000 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s KRW 200,000 for each month from March 1, 2015 to July 24, 2015; and (b) KRW 200,000 for each month.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act, which provides that "the creditor shall be deemed to be "the plaintiff," and "the debtor" shall be deemed to be "the defendant," but the plaintiff shall be deemed to be "the plaintiff," in accordance with the provision on statutory interest rate of Article 3 (1) of the amended Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc. (the statutory interest rate of the plaintiff shall be reduced to 15%).
