If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2013, at around 09:35, the Defendant driven a B-learning passenger car under the influence of alcohol content of about 1 0.188% from the 1km section to the vicinity of the astronomical restaurant located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, where it is difficult to find out the trade name located in the vicinity of the astronomical cafeteriadong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
