1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 31,456,521 as well as KRW 29,544,692 among them, from July 6, 2016 to the day of full payment.

According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the Defendant entered into a credit card use contract with the Plaintiff on June 4, 2010, and as of July 5, 2016, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay pursuant to an agreement of 28% per annum from July 6, 2016 to the day of full payment, on the following day, for KRW 31,456,521 (the principal amount of KRW 29,54,692, interest, etc.). Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay pursuant to an agreement of 29,54,692 per annum from July 6, 2016 to the day of full payment.

2. Accordingly, we accept the Plaintiff’s claim in entirety.

(A) On July 6, 2016, the Defendant submitted a written withdrawal of the objection. However, if the obligee amends the stamp in accordance with the court’s order to supplement the stamp, the invalidation of the payment order becomes final and conclusive, and thus the withdrawal of the objection is not allowed. Therefore, the Defendant’s withdrawal of the objection is void.)
