Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14:30, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining the driver’s license, driven a B LV car from a distance of about 10km from the unclaimed land of the Seoul Northern-gu to the 540 miles-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul.
