Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving 50cc U.S. on his own.

1. On April 2, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, around 08:10 on April 2, 2014, went beyond the median line in the direction of sublime de facto entertainment from the upstream of the river basin to the opposite one-lane.

Since there is a center line of yellow-ray, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to thoroughly operate the motor vehicle at all times and to safely operate the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and conflict with the front wheels of the Otobane driving by the Defendant, where the victim B (the age of 66) who got a U.S. to the opposite line prior to the above Obane, was driving by the victim B (the age of 66).

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed the 968,000 won of the repair cost by occupational negligence as above.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the above Oral Ba which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.
