Punishment of the crime

On September 7, 2015, at around 15:19, the Defendant driven B Poter freight without obtaining a driver's license from the front of the Poisco construction site located in the Poisco-dong, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-do to the front of the same 700m range of sports site in the same Gu.
