A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DNA car.

On December 16, 2016, around 22:20 on December 16, 2016, the Defendant got to turn to the left at the right of two-lanes in front of the Incheon Incheon Tax Office located in 548, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, according to one-lane from the shooting distance of the South East Police Station.

Since there is a left turn to the left, there was a duty of care to confirm whether there is a vehicle driving in the opposite direction to the driver of the vehicle, and to prevent the accident by driving safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.246% in blood, was unable to drive the said vehicle in a normal condition due to the negligence of driving the said vehicle, and was driven by the victim E (54 tax) who is driving from the apartment on the side of the Southern-dong Police Station in accordance with green proceeding signals from the opposite direction to the blind distance of the Southern-dong Police Station.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as the right leged salt, which requires two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim G (V, 47 years of age) who is a passenger of the said set of car, and suffered injury to the victim H (H (21 years of age) who is a passenger of the said set of car, with approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. On December 29, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) in the support of the Incheon District Court on December 29, 2006. On February 18, 2009, the Incheon District Court received a summary order of five million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking).

On December 16, 2016, the Defendant is located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.
