Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2018, at around 17:10, the Defendant driven a “D”-II truck while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.108% in a five-meter radius from the front side of the building C, Gangseo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, to the arable land adjacent to the road.
