A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2018, the Defendant, while drinking at a multi-household house located in Daegu Northern-gu B, Daegu Northern-gu around 17:25, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the people living there; and (b) took a bath to the police officer affiliated with the Daegu Northern-gu Police Station C District, who was called upon 112 upon receipt of the report, expressed that “Chin son, a bitch son, is an air transport unit, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch son, a police official, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of the report case by assaulting D’s 112.

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to investigation reports (the identification of victim public officials and copies of work logs);

Article 136(1) of the Criminal Act applicable to the crime, Article 136(1) of the selective criminal punishment, and Article 40(1) of the Criminal Act on the grounds that the defendant was sentenced to punishment not less than 40 times, including the sentence, and the defendant committed the crime of this case during the suspended execution period for the crime of this paper.

On the other hand, considering the fact that the defendant reflects his wrong and the degree of the assault of this case is relatively minor, it is decided as per the Disposition.
