Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B rocketing vehicles in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;
On November 2, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.183% around 09:54, while it is difficult to drive the vehicle normally due to the influence of alcohol, and led the vehicle to drive at a speed of 20 km per hour according to the road of 6-6 km-dong, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, U.S., U.S., the 20 km-do.
