Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving of a private taxi.

On December 14, 2013, at around 02:55, the Defendant came to turn to the left at a U.S. speed depending on the 5th line road between the eth line and the eth line, which is located in 127 (Yero 2A) due to the unification of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.

At the time, night and snow lowered roads were sucked, and the accident area was an intersection where signal lights are installed, so in such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents, such as checking whether or not the vehicle is driven in the intersection by signal and intersection, and entering the intersection at a reduced speed.
