Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on September 20, 2017 by imprisonment with prison labor for forgery of private documents at the Busan District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 20, 2017.

The defendant, who is the part of the victim B, did not know of the whereabouts of C while the defendant, who is the father and mother of C, F, and the victim, did not know of the whereabouts of C.

I think, I tried to find the defendant's office and office, and tried to apply for no access to the above C's relative families and to file a complaint for the crime of injury.

On April 12, 2013, the Defendant: “C’s mother, F, father, E, and South East Eastern B found them at the seat of the complainant around February 19, 2013; “C’s mother, and reported it to the police by launching the entrance door; the police called the front door, and submitted it to the Gangseo-gu Busan Police Station to the effect that “E, upon entering the front door, wishes to keep the front door open and enter the front door; and, upon entering the front door, E’s arms are put in the front door and the face and trees of the complainant; and F, upon going through the front door, e.g., taking the front door, e., taking the front door, e., taking the front door, and e., taking the front door into the front door, and submitting the front door to the Busan Police Station; and, at the time, e.g., filing a complaint with the public service center in Gangseo-gu Busan Police Station; and e., filing the complaint with the public service center in Gangseo of Gangseo.”

However, at the time of the dispatch of the police on February 19, 2013, the victim did not have been in front of the defendant's door at the convenience store and did not assault the defendant, such as that the victim did not have been in front of the defendant's door at the time of the dispatch of the police.

Accordingly, the defendant reported false facts to the victim for the purpose of having the victim punished criminal punishment.
