A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:00 on July 14, 2012, the Defendant posted on the Internet Nurier “H” website a letter “I sell at KRW 2.50,00,000,” and reported that I would sell gallonia 2,50,000 to the victim BH who contacted with it.

However, the defendant did not possess the above gallon S2, and there was no intention or ability to show it even if he received the price of goods.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 2.50,000 won from the victim to the Busan Bank Account (BI) in the name of the Defendant.
