Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one is allowed to lend an access medium while receiving, demanding, or promising to receive any consideration. However, the Defendant received and contacted Kakao Stockholm messages on July 18, 2017, and he/she then sent the Kakao Stockholm messages to his/her name named “(State) B personnel team C” from a person in the name of the head of the personnel team of his/her (State) to “if profits are created by registering his/her individual business in the Home shopping, to lend a bank account to register his/her individual business operator at the cost of knowing the profits,” and then accepted it and thereafter thereafter received a proposal that “the bank account in the name of the Defendant (D), the national bank account (E), and the Gyeongnam National Bank account (F) from each of the two accounts at the bus terminal in the Jinan urban bus terminal in which he/she received the Kao Kao Stockholm, and notified him/her of the password number of each of the accounts to 3.50,000 won in return.

Accordingly, the Defendant lent the approaching media while receiving compensation.
