Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.
However, each of the above penalties shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Although the Defendants did not think of the purchase of a motor vehicle, they applied for a loan as a fund for the purchase of a motor vehicle to the victim's non-Bable social service Korea Co., Ltd., and offered a forged motor vehicle registration certificate and the vehicle registration ledger to the victim company to receive a loan.
1.
