Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a car with B mother car.

On August 27, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 20:20, and led to the front of the Kimcheon Prison, which is located in the 6-4 (Sacheon-ro) Gacheon-si, Gacheon-si, Gacheon-si, Gacheon-si, to the Kimcheon-si.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the steering room and the right and the right and the right of the motor vehicle and to accurately operate the steering gear.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving a car under B in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.176% at a section of about 200 meters from the apartment parking lot in Hancheon-si, Kimcheon-si to the road in front of Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, the apartment parking lot in Hancheon-si, Kimcheon-si, which is located in paragraph (1) of this Article.
