【Criminal Power】 On November 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by the Incheon District Court, and the detention was revoked on March 16, 2017 while the detention became final and conclusive on April 12, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】 Even though the Defendant intentionally caused a traffic accident, or did not cause an accident, he was aware of the accident, or was guilty of having received insurance proceeds from the victim insurance companies by means of infusing hospital treatment in spite of the absence of hospital treatment as a minor traffic accident.

On November 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) caused a traffic accident in which part of the DNA franchise vehicle operated by the Defendant by driving the BMW car operated by the Defendant on the street in front of the 5-dong, Incheon, Dong-gu, Incheon; and (b) around November 28, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 3,500,000 as the repair cost from the victim E Co., Ltd. as the repair cost; and (c) received KRW 16,932,020 from the victim insurance companies, such as [crime List] Nos. 1 and 2.

2. At around 20:30 on April 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) caused a traffic accident in which part of the J-H-H-H-A-A-A-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with K and other winners, received insurance money from the victim insurance company, obtained it, or attempted to acquire it by fraud.
