A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Criminal facts

On July 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Changwon District Court on July 12, 2012, and is still under the suspended sentence as of July 20, 2012.

1. A theft: (a) around 02:30 on March 21, 2015, at the 105 underground parking lot, the Defendant: (b) discovered several windows from the top of the rocketing car set up in the victim D owned by the Defendant; and (c) stolen the vehicle with a single agreement flag savings passbook, one hand-on ordinary deposit passbook, one hand-on ordinary deposit passbook, and one hand-on card.

2. The Defendant: (a) around 03:10 on March 21, 2015, at G convenience stores located in the Gyeongsung-gun F, Gosung-gun around 03:10, the Defendant: (b) stored a stolen flood card in a cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim slotnet Co., Ltd.; and (c) withdrawn KRW 1.40,00 won as cash services, after entering the password.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen cash owned by the victim.

3. Where a transferee of an automobile violating the Automobile Management Act intends to transfer it to a third party, he shall apply for the registration of transfer in his name to the Mayor/Do governor before transferring.

Nevertheless, around 19:00 on March 22, 2015, the Defendant transferred the said car to a person who has failed to transfer the ownership of the HG purchased at the end of December 2, 2014 without transferring the ownership of the MG in the name of the Defendant.

4. No owner of a motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

The Defendant, as a holder of Hchip XG, has not subscribed to the mandatory insurance for motor vehicles on the road of Tongju-si, Masung-gun, and Changwon-si from the end of December 2, 2014 to March 19:00.
