A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

2,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Daegu District Court on April 12, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Nevertheless, at around 02:20 on January 28, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 2 g of psychotropic drugs from Mesphere (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) from Mesphere (one philopon”) in a D restaurant located near the Geum-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

2. Nevertheless, at around 21:40 on January 29, 2012, the Defendant granted approximately 1g of philophonephones purchased, such as the preceding paragraph, to F without compensation, on the front of the two ophones located in the Daegu Suwon-gu Two-dong.

3. Nevertheless, at around 21:10 on February 13, 2012, the Defendant granted approximately KRW 0.06g of the penphones purchased, such as paragraph 1, to H free of charge.

4. Nevertheless, at around 20:50 on March 4, 2012, the Defendant granted approximately 0.03g of philopon purchased, such as paragraph (1), to H free of charge, in a room where it is difficult to find out the room of the Daegu-gu International Telephone.

5. Nevertheless, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 g of philophones purchased, such as the time and time as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, in a room in which the said IMoel care room is unknown, and in a way of injecting it into a diversing machine, and then dilution with aquatic dilution.

6. Nevertheless, at around 02:00 on May 7, 2012, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones purchased under J 301, as set out in paragraph 1, into an injection machine, and administered them in a way of dilution with aquatic dilution.
