The Defendant is almost a holder of four wheeled ATV Engines.

On August 27, 2017, the Defendant, who was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on the road, operated approximately KRW 1 km from the 35-4 front way to the 7nd way of the same Sincheon-dong, Sincheon-dong, which was not covered by mandatory insurance around 15:00 on August 27, 2017.
