1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,098,010 and the interest rate thereon from November 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 13, 2013, the Plaintiff is a company that manufactures, processes, and sells various kinds of fruits, ice ice cream, and freezing food. Defendant A joined the Plaintiff on May 13, 2013 and worked as an employee belonging to the C’s business office, and began to contact from March 22, 2015, and the Plaintiff was treated as Defendant A on the ground of unauthorized absence on April 8, 2015. (2) Defendant B, as the father of Defendant A, guaranteed the identity of Defendant A for two years between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on May 13, 2013, and entered into a contract for fidelity guarantee (hereinafter “instant contract for fidelity guarantee”).

B. The Plaintiff’s general business process 1) the procedures for the delivery and sale of the products by the employees belonging to the Plaintiff are conducted through a personal identification (PDA) paid to the employees. The personal identification number of the employees can only be entered in the personal identification, and the information entered in the ID can also be automatically stored in the Plaintiff’s computer. 2) The business employees on the same day (the Plaintiff’s retail store, wholesale store, convenience store, etc. that purchases the products from the Plaintiff) directly input the information on the “goods released”, such as the kind and quantity of the products to be supplied to the individual customer (the Plaintiff’s retail store, wholesale store, and corporation) and then print out the “statement of release and release.”

The head of the plaintiff's warehouse shall confirm the shipment items stated in the specifications of shipment output by the business operators, and shall treat them as "approval for shipment", and the business operators shall deliver the relevant goods from the warehouse to the individual customer.

If a business operator "a final and conclusive statement" is made after the business operator arrives at the place of business and delivered the relevant product, the sales details are computerized by the plaintiff.
