1. The Defendants fall under each of the following items: (a) the attached 1,983 square meters in the annexed list of inheritance shares among the 1,983 square meters in Gangnam-gun, Gangnam-gu.

1. On October 31, 1984, the Plaintiff purchased real estate stated in the purport of the claim from the deceased J on the basis of KRW 5,500,000 and paid the above price. As to the Defendants, the heir of the deceased J, the Plaintiff sought implementation of the procedure for registration of transfer of ownership due to the sale of each of the above real estate.

2. Claim against Defendant B, C, D, E, and G: Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Claims against Defendant F and H: Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
