Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 60,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 30,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 11, 2014, at around 09:40, the Defendant driven a C-si and proceeded the four-lane road in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government in the direction of Hanasium distance from the direction of Hanasium distance, while crossing the crosswalk and driving it into the opposite lane.

If so, the defendant crosses the crosswalk to move to the opposite lane and proceed to the opposite lane, it constitutes a central crime in violation of the above provision.

Since the defendant's argument is without merit.
