Of the distribution schedule prepared on February 19, 2019 by the same court with respect to the distribution case of Suwon District Court International Housing Site I, the defendant is the defendant.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs’ status, etc. 1) Plaintiff A is the deceased J (Death on March 23, 2009, hereinafter “the deceased”).

(2) The Plaintiffs’ inheritance share in the rights and obligations of the deceased’s property is 3/11, and the rest of the Plaintiffs and K are 2/11, respectively.

B. The land No. 1 (hereinafter “1 land”) of Pyeongtaek-si L-si L-si and 4,258 square meters (hereinafter “1 land”) is the land 6,744 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si M-si M-do (hereinafter “M-do land before partition”).

A) From March 26, 2018, a registration of ownership preservation was completed as the O and the deceased jointly own one-half shares on the land divided into March 18, 1971 under the name of the deceased on December 18, 1971. However, the registration of ownership preservation was revised as the sole ownership of the deceased on September 19, 196 (95Na4602) by the Suwon District Court Decision (95Na4602) (hereinafter “N”) on September 19, 1996. As to the 1/2 shares of the land on September 19, 196, the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the name of the Plaintiff A, and N Co. (hereinafter “N”).

A) On July 9, 2018, the Plaintiff completed the entire transfer registration of 1/2 shares out of the land No. 1 under the Plaintiff’s name on the ground of an agreement on the acquisition of public land on July 9, 2018. (2) On March 23, 2009, the Deceased died on September 1, 2019, 3/22 shares of the Plaintiff and 2/22 shares were inherited to the rest of the Plaintiffs and K, and the total transfer registration was completed. N completed the entire transfer registration of co-owners’ share of 1/2 shares in the land No. 1 on the ground of expropriation on July 10, 2019.

C. On March 26, 2018, the land 2,083 square meters of forest land 2,083 square meters (hereinafter “2 land”) in Pyeongtaek-si Pream (hereinafter “PP land”) is the land 6,744 square meters prior to the division of Pyeongtaek-si QP forest land (hereinafter “PP land”).

The registration of preservation of ownership was completed on December 18, 1971 as the land divided in the name of the deceased and the registration of preservation of ownership was completed on September 19, 196 as the O and the deceased jointly own one-half shares, but the registration of preservation of ownership was corrected on September 19, 196 as the sole ownership of the deceased (95Na4602);
